Independent Texans proudly endorses Dick Peterson, “Mr. Conservation”, for the Bluebonnet Electric Coop Board. Please send in your proxie with Dick Peterson as your choice, or come meet Dick at a FREE Rain Harvesting Do-It-Yourself workshop (see flier below) at 2 pm this Sunday, April 29th, at the Bastrop Producer’s market on south side of Highway 71 between Highways 20 and 21. If you have previously sent in a proxy to Bluebonnet, you have until next Monday to change your vote to vote for Peterson or look for us at Yesterfest in downtown Bastrop on Saturday. (You can also just come to the Bluebonnet meeting in Giddings on May 8th.) For more information go to DickPeterson.com or come see us!
We hope to see you there — and do plan to buy some local produce from our area farmers and ranchers, while you’re there! Bring friends!
PS We will have our petitions for independent candidates, Shelley Cartier for Bastrop County Judge and Phil Cook for Bastrop County Commissioner, Precinct 3, there so you can sign them!
