Donations to Independent Texans PAC, a general purpose political action committee registered with the Texas Ethics Commission, are not tax deductible.
Donations for more than $190 or any amount via electronic online payments such as Paypal, Venmo and credit card must be reported by name, address, occupation and employer.
HOWEVER donation by check of $190 or less do not require itemization.
We cannot legally accept donations from corporations or unions.
