Donations to Independent Texans PAC, a general purpose political action committee registered with the Texas Ethics Commission, are not tax deductible.
Donations more than $190 or any amount via electronic online payments such as Paypal, Venmo and credit card must be reported by name, address, occupation and employer.
HOWEVER, donations in cash or check of $190 or less do not require itemization.
We do not and cannot legally accept donations from corporations or unions.
