JOIN THE FIGHT TO TAKE BACK TEXAS!
Watch this video of the press conference the media failed to cover. On the first day of early voting,
Dr. Pat Choate, Perot's '96 running mate and national leader against the NAFTA Trans-Texas Corridor,
with other independent leaders, lays out Carole Keeton Strayhorn's solution -- to widen IH-35.
This can be done in 4 years for billions of dollars less and will save 1 million acres of private farmland
(in the blacklands, the richest soil in Texas) from seizure through eminent domain.
THIS is why the two parties are bringing in the "suits" from across the country.
They don't want the independent voter revolt -- across party lines -- that's had enough
with the foreign land grabbing supported by BOTH parties -- and led by Rick Perry --
to spread across the country where the Corridor will go if they succeed in Texas!

Hands Across the Corridor!
Thanks to the thousands of people who participated in the Hands
Across the Corridor events on Saturday, September 30th.
The 2006 Governor's race, thanks to thousands of ordinary citizens and Carole Keeton Strayhorn, is
now (according to WFAA-TV in DFW), "a referendum on the Trans-Texas Corridor".

People in 36 counties organized protests at their county courthouses to come
with a cup of dirt from their land. Our message was 'If Rick Perry
and his highway robbin' friends want our land for the Trans-Texas
Corridor (and want our taxes through tolling roads we've already paid
for), both done without a vote of the people, they can just try to
come and take it! In November, we will reroute this Governor and
this administration, with the independent Grandma, and we will
forever change Texas politics.
